First of all, let's learn the food culture by watching the movie "Kaki no Hazushi-The Gentle Culture of Tsutsumu"!
After watching the movie, learn how to make persimmon leaf sushi and try it immediately!

Divide the vinegared rice into equal parts and mold into a bale shape.

When the vinegared rice is ready, put the mackerel on the persimmon leaves.

Put vinegared rice on it, wrap it in leaves and pack them in a box.
