In August 2019, Ando Cultural Tourism Hall was newly opened. ''Shibenka'' comes from the artistic design which was used by a master of Japanese modern ceramics from Ando town, Tomimoto Kenkichi. The hall is a base of Ando town's tourism information and located in front of the house where Kenkichi was born. Inside the hall, the gallary and a rest area are in the first floor, and the second floor can be used as a training room.
